This customer had a house they were trying to sell. They felt that all of the scrap and trash, as well as the dilapidated fence line, was hindering their ability to get offers. My team and I went in and removed the old fence line, and cleaned out the garage area. 2 loads to the dump and a load to the scrap yard later, and the customer was tickled pink with the result. And yes, the tires and the concrete were part of my removal job! This customer wanted me to handle the “heavy lifting,” and was willing to do the minor cleanup work on their own.
